St. John’s receives top honors in the 2023 Aster Awards

Rochester, N.Y. — St. John’s is pleased to announce that it has received two top honors in the 2023 Aster Awards. The 2023 Aster Awards received entries from across the entire United States as well as abroad. All entries were reviewed by a panel of industry experts and were scored on multiple criteria with a possibility of 100 percent. St. John’s entries competed against similar-sized organizations in their specific groups and categories.

St. John’s was among the top 5% of entries from across the country to get a Gold Award for work done by Assistant Director of Marketing Tom Harner for his original video series Places We Know By Heart, a touching story-based series featuring the beloved places of residents from across St. John’s communities as narrated in the first person.

St. John’s Dementia Rehab Service Sheet also received a Gold Award. This two-sided sales sheet was produced in partnership with Tanya Space Design.

According to award contest organizers, “many agencies and organizations continued to step up and offered incredible communications that were both informative and creative.  We’ve all had Covid touch our lives and are looking forward to a much brighter future together.  Our hats off to everyone for amazing entries.”

“We are honored to have our team’s work recognized at a national level,” said St. John’s Vice President of Marketing Jennifer Lesinski. “The fact that we received gold honors for two pieces of work for which we did primarily through our in-house marketing team, with minimal support from outside vendors, proves the caliber of talent and experience we have represented within our St. John’s staff members.”

The complete listing of all of the winners, including St. John’s, can be found on the Aster Awards 2023 website.
