Charlie Runyon Featured on Good Day Rochester Ahead of “Night at the Red Wings”

St. John’s CEO and President Charlie Runyon was featured on 13 WHAM’s Good Day Rochester to promote its upcoming “St. John’s Night at the Red Wings” to be held on July 27 at 6:45 p.m. in celebration of St. John’s 125th anniversary.

Runyon, Rochester Red Wings General Manager Dan Mason, and the team’s mascot Spikes spoke specifically about all of the festivities that will be part of St. John’s special 125th-anniversary celebration at Innovative Field, which serves as St. John’s official kick off to “125 days of celebrating” until its official anniversary on November 21. Fans can expect on-field introductory remarks by Runyon and a first pitch, birthday cake, a St. John’s-Red Wings ornament giveaway to the first 500 patrons, fireworks, and more!

Runyon said that collaborating with the Red Wings aligns with one of St. John’s brand characteristics — fun.

“What is more fun than going on a Saturday night out to the ballpark with your family,” said Runyon.
