St. John’s Meadows dining services received great results from a recent resident survey. One highlight was dining room staff being rated excellent by 99.3% of residents! Survey comments included:

The May 2016 issue of In Good Health features an article by Ernst Lamothe, Jr. that takes an extended look into the Small Homes Project at St. John’s Home. Opened in 1960, St. John’s Home is in the midst of transitioning floors throughout the 150 Highland Avenue location to small neighborhoods with the goal of providing a greater level of personalized care and attention for our elders.

Brickstone by St. John’s and SWBR Architects were recently awarded the Environments for Aging Award Of Merit for the innovative architecture and new urbanism brought to Rochester by our active senior living community.

St. John’s employee wellness programming and our very own Linda Double, employee wellness nurse manager, were recently featured in the Rochester Business Journal:

St. John’s held a free resource fair at Brickstone by St. John’s on Wednesday, April 13. Residents attended the fair with family and friends to gather information and meet with representatives from many senior service agencies in Rochester.

We celebrated 14 St. John’s Home centenarians yesterday at a beautiful luncheon by our therapeutic recreation team and dining services.
