About the Moderator:

Joy Underhill is retired after writing for businesses as a freelancer for more than 30 years. She has published dozens of articles for local publications and is an award-winning photographer, specializing in travel images, landscapes, and macro images. Joy’s interest in caregiving began when her brother-in-law developed early onset dementia and she supported her sister during that difficult journey. She lives in Farmington, NY, and enjoys playing classical piano, gardening, and memoir writing in between annual trips abroad. Joy currently coordinates two book clubs and loves reading titles she never would have picked up otherwise.
